If a quote is accepted, and we carry out work to your vehicle, we will keep your details on file for the purpose of reminders for your annual Service and MOT (we will ask your consent to these reminders via our contact form on the website, or over the phone when you proceed with your quote. You can withdraw your consent at any time). Your details will also be kept on file for HMRC Audits on Hamblens Garage Limited accounting.
Marketing Communications

We keep your personal information outlined in 'Collecting your personal data' for a period of 6 years. We will then dispose of your information by removing and permanently deleting it from our systems.
Sharing your personal information
We will never share your name, address and contact details with anyone other than employees of Hamblens Garage Limited or HMRC for the purpose of auditing our accounts.
We may however share your Vehicle Make and Model and Vehicle Registration Number with third-party providers to provide us with quotations and/or parts.
For the purpose of MOT’s your Vehicle Make, Model and Mileage will be shared with the MOT Testing Centre and the Ministry Of Transport.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
